Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the month in which you cancel, i.e., if you cancel your subscription in August, you are responsible for August fees. Your subscription for that month remains active and fully functional until the end of that month. After the end of the month, your account will cease to work and you will not be charged again. It is not necessary to wait until the last day of the month to cancel your subscription.

You have two options to cancel your subscription:
To cancel your subscription, please go to My Account and click on the helnix Subscription and if you monthly subscriber you will see Cancel link under Active word click it to go on cancel page form and follow instraction.

If you have any problems cancelling your subscription, please contact cancel@helnix.com with the following subject line: Cancel Account # [insert your account number here]. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email may take up to three days from receipt of your request to process. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be billed again. A refund of your subscription fee will be prorated based on the date your cancellation was submitted. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to appear on the credit card used to pay your subscription.



 
Refund & Returns Policy

All Helnix products come with unconditional (30) thirty-day money back guarantee unless specifically noted otherwise. Any Helnix product purchased by an end user may be returned for a full refund within thirty days of purchase with no questions asked. No refunds shall be issued if return requests are made after the initial (30) thirty-day time period following the purchase of the product..

You need to contact our Client Services at sales@helnix.com to request a refund we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

All items indicated to be instock are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Instock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day.

A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS, and based on the shipping method you selected).

IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “instock” when you place your order may, in fact, be outofstock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
Fraud Policy

WARNING: We take fraud seriously. It is a crime to purchase products using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers. Further, it is a crime to misuse the charge back process to obtain a refund for goods that you obtained fraudulently. Whether you are the victim, or the perpetrator of fraud, be assured that we will actively pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law. We submit all fraudulent orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the United States Postal Inspection Service and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue fraud offenders.

 Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or different bill-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products on-line.
